Description
The pilot consists of a new residential building in Vantaa, Finland.
The building consists of 136 apartments distributed over seven floors with addition of some commercial premises on the first floor.
The frame is built with prefabricated concrete elements, and also, the bathrooms are prefabricated volumetric modules.

Description
The pilot consists of a new residential building in Helsinki, Finland.
The building is composed of apartments with the addition of some commercial premises on the first floor.
The frame is built with prefabricated concrete elements, and also, the bathrooms are prefabricated volumetric modules.
The inner phase will be made with a takt schedule.
Construction methodology
- Structural frame system with precast concrete with load-bearing walls and beam and hollow core slabs. All stabilized with elevators and staircases with footing foundations.
- Brick and plastered façades.
- Flat roof with bitumen felt roofing.
